Objective: To discover the relationship between the shape of an object and how fast it can move in water.
I made our bluracer this way because it has a stream line shape and on the top it have a knife like blade on top to expand the area so the water can pass more and reduce dragging.
About the experiment…
Each group was given the same amount of blu-tak. Why is this so?
Each group will have the same amount because the heavier the blu-tak the faster it will sink.
The BluRacers were dropped into measuring cylinders with the same amount of water. Why is this so?
If the water amount is different. The less the water is there the faster the bluracer will sink because there are less water resistance.
